Traditional Turkey Dinner served with a
Cranberry Apple Stuffing, Giblet Gravy and Home made Cranberry Sauce.
Fresh Haddock and lobster wrapped in a Puff Pastry
served with a Lobster Bechamel and Steamed Broccoli
Roast Prime Rib of Beef, slow Roasted, Cooked to perfection
Beef Tenderloin filled with Mushrooms
Caramelized Shallots and Cheddar, wrapped in Bacon
served with a Peppercorn Cream Sauce.
In House made Large Crispy Popover
filled with a Host of Native Organic Fall Vegetables
