2nd Annual Beer Tasting


 
Our Next Beer Dinner will be
Wednesday, August 18th

6pm: cash Social
(Appetizers in lounge during social)

7pm: Dinner
(7-course meal with 5 different Beers)
 
1.  Dill and Cheddar Cheese Beer Bread.  We use Half White Flour and Half Whole Wheat Flour.  the Whole Wheat flour gives this Bread a more Rustic Look and Testure.  Served with Our Own Honey  Whipped Butter.

2.  Few Things pair Better with Great Beer than Great Pizza!  Our Pizza starts with a Homemade Crust and Fresh Basil Pesto.  Next is Mozzarella and Pamesan Cheeses.  We then top this with an in House made Spicey Sausage, Fire Roasted Red Peppers and Fresh Fennel.

3.  Chili made with Chorizo and Fresh Ground Beef with Native Corn, Red Kidney and Pinto Beans. This Chili has a Slight Kick from the Chorizo and Cooked with a Touch of Sour Cream then topped with Fresh Organic Chives.

4.  Our Own Native Organic Green and Red Leaf Lettuce and Fried Mozzarella Salad.  In this Salad the Mozzarella is Smoked in House, then Battered with Native Eggs and Panko Crumbs; it is then Fried until warm and Crispy.  We then add Chopped Native Organic Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar to make this a Perfect Summer Time Salad.

5.  Our Own Native Organic Cantaloupe Sorbet with a Perfect selection of Spirits!  This refreshing Favorite will cleanse your Palate for the Wonderful Entree that will soon Follow.

6.  Tonight for our Entree we will be serving a Trio of Chicken, Pork & Shrimp!  The Chicken is Boneless, Skinless Thighs which are slightly Spicy and very Tender.  Next is Osso Bucco Pork Shank which is prepared with an in House Crafted Barbeque Sauce and finally we will be serving Skewered Gulf Shrimp and Scallops accompanied by Roasted Native Corn on the Cob.

7.  To Finish off this fine Meal, We have a Black Forest Trifle.  This Dessert is a Crowd Pleaser with its perfect combination of Chocolate, Cherries and Alcohol.  We are layering Chocolate, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Creme Anglaise and Cherries so each Bite is filled with Everthing this Dessert has to offer.
