This Week's Menu
One of the most unique things about Sedgley Place is that the menu changes every week, without fail. There are always at least five new items each week. The prime rib and the filet mignon are the only entrees that are constant on the menu.
Everything is always fresh, from fish and meats to the vegetables which are picked fresh daily from our MOFGA certified gardens and greenhouses located on our farm in Leeds. And ALL of the smoked items are smoked right on the premises.

accompanied by Fresh Asparagus and a Freshly made
Basil Hollandaise Topped with
Sauteed Maine Lobster.
Pan Seared Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon,
Topped with a Bearnaise Sauce
and Caramelized Shallots
accompanied by Steamed Asparagus.
Roast Prime Rib, Seasoned and Slow Roasted to Perfection
Served Au-Jus
Roasted, Semi Boneless, Quail served over a Bed of
Bamboo Rice Pilaf then Drizzled with a Roasted
Garlic Cream Sauce accompanied by
Broiled Gulf Shrimp.
Poached Salmon Filled with Havarti Cheese
and an Asian Mahogany Rice then
Topped with a Sour Cream Dill Sauce.
Caribbean Style Marinated Pork Tenderloin served with a
Watermelon and Native Organic
Green Tomato Salsa.

Special is available all week and the 5pm seating only on Saturday.
