The Sedgley Place is owned by Paul and Suzanne Levesque. They have now owned and operated it for 9 years. Paul is the head chef and Suzanne (Sue) runs the dining room.

They’ve been married for 25 years and have four children and four grandchildren.

“This truly is a family business,” says Sue. “Two of our grown children, Josh and Pete now work with us in the restaurant… And so many of our customers bring their entire families to dine here. It’s just great to see two, three, and sometimes even four generations, all dining at the same table.”

“As a chef, freshness makes all the difference,” says Paul. “You won’t find fresher products anywhere. Many of our menu items are actually based on what the growing season is. Having our own organic farm is such a plus.”
